"I want to follow up on Simmy's comments, and express our deep and sincere thanks for the job that you did for us, and to apologise for not having acknowledged this at the reception - we had meant to do so, but it slipped my mind in the excitement!
Your experience, expertise and attention to detail were critical in making the event a smooth-running and enjoyable success. This was evident in not only the truly wonderful decorations and furnishings which you found for us (and on which we are still receiving compliments as Simmy has noted), but also in your event organization that underpinned everything and which ensured that we all knew what needed doing when, how and by whom; this was essential in creating the seamless and well-functioning ceremony that resulted. We also appreciated greatly your efficient and effective role as the primary interface with the hotel, which resulted in truly stress-free interactions with the facility. If there were issues that arose, we certainly did not notice them - likely another example of the efficiency and efficacy of the services which you provided to us for the wedding.
Again, many thanks for all of your efforts on our behalf in making Amrit and Amanda's wedding ceremony and reception that it was.
